What we collect
When you send the request form, we collect what you type into it, plus the page you were on and how you reached the site (for example the referring site or ad campaign). If you call or text our number, our phone provider records the number you called from and the time, and keeps anything you send.
Who we share it with
We share your request with one independent local company serving your area so it can contact you. The local company we refer you to may pay us for our referral service. Otherwise we share your information only with the service providers that run this website, our phone line and our email, or when the law requires it.
Calls
Calls to our number are forwarded to the local company. Calls may be recorded for quality and to confirm the referral; you'll hear a notice at the start of the call when they are.
Cookies and analytics
We may use Google Analytics, which sets cookies and receives your IP address and device information, to see which pages lead to calls and requests; you can block it in your browser or with Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. We don't run advertising trackers. The form remembers your ZIP code in your browser for the visit only.
